Sample Mediation Clause
If any dispute or difference arises out of or in connection with this agreement, either party may refer that dispute or difference to mediation by delivering a written request to the other party with copy to ARIAS (Asia). The parties will agree upon the selection of the mediator, but failing agreement within 14 days (which includes failure by the party receiving the request to reply within 14 days), ARIAS (Asia) will appoint the mediator. The mediation will be conducted in accordance with the ARIAS (Asia) Mediation Scheme.
