ARIAS Asia’s mediation scheme adopts the same successful approach as used by ARIAS organisations around the world. Under the ARIAS Asia Mediation Rules, the mediator is enpowered to administer the process (i.e. on an ad-hoc basis). This ensures that ARIAS Asia does not need to charge administration fees and allows greater flexibility for the mediator to run the mediation in accordance with the Rules and applicable law.
If ARIAS Asia is asked to appoint a mediator, it will usually select the person from its Panel of Mediators. Please click here to see the current Panel.
ARIAS Asia will only charge users if they request the appointment of a mediator. The fee for this service is modest. Please email us (enquiry@arias-asia.org) if you need ARIAS Asia to appoint a mediator or would like any further details.
